Shipment to Taiwan - EZ WAY authentication

Taiwan customs requires every recipient to verify their identity through the government app "EZ WAY". Before placing your order, we recommend downloading the app and completing the authentication with your real details (real-name authentication). When the shipment arrives in Taiwan, you will receive a notification in the app asking you to confirm. Without digital confirmation on EZ WAY, customs will not be able to clear the goods. The name and mobile number entered at checkout must match those registered on EZ WAY.
