Check the fit
Follow this three-step guide to find out if you're wearing the right size.
Put your bra on
Fasten your bra, then lean slightly forward to allow your breasts to fall naturally into the cups. Gently guide each breast into place, then stand upright and adjust the straps until they feel comfortably supportive.
Check the size and position of your bra

Digging in
If the straps feel too tight or leave marks on your shoulders, loosen them slightly until they feel comfortably supportive.

Falling off
If the straps slip from your shoulders, tighten them gently until they stay comfortably in place.

The straps should sit comfortably on your shoulders, providing gentle support without digging in or slipping.

Digging in
If the underband feels too tight or digs into the body, try a larger band size or loosen the hook-and-eye closure.

Falling off
If the underband rides up at the back, try a smaller band size or tighten the hook-and-eye closure.

The underband should sit comfortably around the body, perfectly horizontal and parallel across the back.

Spilling Out
If your breasts spill over the cups or the central panel lifts away from the body, the cups may be too small. Try a larger cup size.

Gapping
If there are gaps between your breasts and the cups, the cup size may be too large. Try a smaller cup size or a different bra shape for a closer fit.

Your breasts should sit comfortably within the cups, with the underwire following their natural curve and the central panel lying flat against the body.

Take a moment to check the overall fit. The straps should feel comfortably supportive, the underband should sit straight and secure, and your breasts should rest naturally within the cups.
