LaPerla.com accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached. No returns will be accepted for any of the following:
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything La Perla reasonably believes has been used
- Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact
- Hosiery items if their package has been opened
- Any personalized or monogrammed items
- Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These are final sale.
We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from www.laperla.com/us
Please note that we only offer size & color exchanges for full priced items at www.laperla.com/us. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as FedEx and those shipping costs are non-refundable.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.
La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
