HOW DO I GO ABOUT BROWSING THE SITE AND LOCATING THE PRODUCTS I WANT?
1. Use the links in the top navigation (i.e. READY TO WEAR, LINGERIE) to help you find what you are looking for. You can also utilize our search engine to find a product by collection, category, size and/or color. Our navigation will follow you throughout your customer journey to facilitate your shopping experience.
2. After clicking into a product page, select your desired color and size. Click the “ADD TO BAG” button.
3. To review items in your bag, click the black shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen
4. Click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, where you will complete your purchase on our One-Step Checkout page
WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
The following credit cards are accepted for payment at www.laperla.com/us: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders are subject to review and La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification information. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. A copy of your order will be included with your shipment.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE DATA ON MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROTECTED?
La Perla has partnered with CyberSource, a leading provider of credit card services, to ensure the highest possible service and security. All your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by CyberSource’s secure servers. WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?
The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?
La Perla offers several different delivery options for your convenience. Delivery times & cost will be determined by the shipping address and method you enter during checkout.
CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply follow the link on the email and enter your tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE?
Our courier will attempt to deliver your package three times. If no-one is found to take delivery after the third attempt, La Perla Customer Care will contact you by e-mail to arrange delivery.
In the event you request “signature not required” at checkout, the recipient accepts all responsibility for the merchandise and shipment. La Perla is not responsible for any loss or damage to this package once it has left our facility.
CAN I GET A GIFT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
