FREE RETURNS WITHIN 28 DAYS ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS

La Perla offers free shipping both ways to make it as easy as possible for you to try your item on in the comfort of your own home.

Returning an item is easy, simply follow the below steps.

  1. Please contact La Perla Customer Care via email customercareasia@laperla.com detailing your Name, Order Number, and the Item you would like to return.

  2. A Customer Care member will reply within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and festive closures) with a Return Authorization Number and arrange a free collection of the items.

  3. Once your return has been received by the warehouse, a Customer Care member will check the items and proceed with your refund.

Please make sure your items are returned in the original selling condition, unused and with all tags/labels attached. Returns/Exchanges that do not meet the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a new size or a different style, our Customer Care team will support you with finding the right item. An exchange will require a new order to be placed.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

  • Incomplete items or items that La Perla believes have been used.

  • Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been worn, have had their protective adhesive strip removed or damaged, or have had direct contact with skin.

  • Hosiery items that have had their packaging opened.

  • Personalised, altered or monogrammed items.
