DHL does not delivery on festive or pre-festive days. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. As soon as DHL picks up your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.DHL.com.If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.For Russia the delivery courier is SDA
RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS
La Perla will accept returns and exchanges withing 30 days from shipment date.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges of stockings, opened briefs or other items that have come in direct skin contact.
Please make sure your items are returned in the original selling condition, unused and with all tags/labels attached. Returns/Exchanges that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please be informed that the shipment costs to send back goods are at the customer's charge. You can choose the courier you prefer. It is not necessary to use DHL, but for your security we advice choosing a courier or a post service that consents to YOU the tracking and the return receipt of your shipment. La Perla does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges (If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this).Important: in case of exchange, please be informed that that we will not accept returns of purchased items that have been previously returned.

For returns shipped from Russia, Switzerland, Norway and Korea, please contact Customer Care in order to get all the information and the proforma invoice, a mandatory requirement for clearing the goods through customs. In case those returns do not pass through the procedure of customs, the can unfortunately not be accepted.

Receiving a refund
In case of REFUND the cost of shipping and handling will not be covered by La Perla. The reimbursement will only affect the credit card with which you used to make the purchase and the time necessary to see the balance on your credit card depends on your credit card company.
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
Goods in unused condition can be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase at the original store of purchase. Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
