RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS

La Perla will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipment date.

Please make sure your items are returned in the original selling condition, unused and with all tags/labels attached. Returns/Exchanges that do not meet the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges of stockings, opened briefs or other items that have come in direct skin contact.

Shipment costs to send back goods are at the customer’s charge. You can choose the courier you prefer, we advise choosing a courier or a post service that provides a tracking number and receipt of the shipment for security. La Perla does not take responsibility for your return shipment.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside of the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Returning/Exchanging an order

1. To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@laperla.com listing your Name, Order Number, and the Item you would like to return and specifying the reason you are returning the product.

2. A Customer Care member will reply within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and festive closures) with a Return Authorization Number and the instructions on how to proceed.

Non EU-Countries: Russia, Switzerland, Norway & South Korea

For returns shipped from Russia, Switzerland, Norway and Korea, please contact Customer Care in order to get all the information and the proforma invoice, a mandatory requirement for clearing the goods through customs. In case those returns do not pass through the procedure of customs, the can unfortunately not be accepted.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or you can choose to use it as store credit against your La Perla account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

LA PERLA BOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY (PHYSICAL BOUTIQUES ONLY)

COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATION SERVICE IN YOUR NEAREST LA PERLA BOUTIQUE 

Within every La Perla Boutique* we offer complimentary standard alterations for online purchases of current season collections. Please bring the item along with your order confirmation/receipt to your nearest store where our boutique assistants will be able to advise you. Please note that we cannot make any exchanges or returns on items once altered. For more information please contact our Customer Care team.
