The prices shown on this site include the VAT tax. For all the European countries it is applied the Italian VAT rate (22%), except for Belgium, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Russia and China, which have their own local VAT rate applied.

Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the first day work resumes. La Perla Online will not be liable for any possible delay in delivery due to force majeure.

The warehouse respects all Italian national holidays and there will be no shipping or delivery on the following days: January 1st | January 6th | Easter + Easter Monday | April 25th | May 1st | June 2nd | August 15th | October 4th | November 1st | December 8th, 25th, 26th.

Our procedures do not allow changing or modifying an order after the order has already been processed. Please excuse us for this inconvenience. HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registering for the first time is very easy. Enter www.laperla.com, choose your country. Once on the home page, click on the SUBSCRIBE link at the top right of the page.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?
Registration is not required and you can explore and shop the site site without registering. However, by creating an account, you will be able to: keep items in your shopping cart, even if you do not complete the order, for up to 24 hours.
Choose to recieve the La Perla newsletters informing you of La Perla news and events, as well as special promotions and private sales offered by La Perla to our best clients.

WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?
The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?
No, there are no extra costs.

3. SHIPPING

CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply follow the link on the email and enter your tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE?
DHL will attempt to deliver your package three times. If no-one is found to take delivery after the third attempt, La Perla Customer Care will contact you by e-mail to arrange delivery.

CAN I GET A GIFT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes, please contact us customercare@laperla.com if you have any problems or concerns.

Gift Wrapping

The majority of our products are available with a Gift Wrapping option. Each order will include a note of authenticity, on which you can either have printed a personalized message, or leave blank for you to write in personally. The gift will arrive at the desired address without any indication of price; instead, your invoice will arrive via e-mail. There is no additional cost for the gift wrapping service. Please keep in mind that for certain extra large items, gift boxes are not available.

Products Information

La Perla has endeavored to optimize the accuracy of the product images and colors featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colors depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor, and La Perla cannot guarantee how accurately your monitor displays the colors of products. Since some products are produced in limited numbers, and we update the site constantly, some products could be out of stock. General Recommended Care
La Perla’s products are delicate and require particular care when washing.

Care Instructions
Please handle your garments with care and read all garment care labels carefully. We recommend hand-washing in warm water, with neutral soap and without being left to soak. Do not wring, rub, or spin dry the garments. Hang them up to dry or dry flat. The garments should be ironed inside out. Some garments specify dry clean only.

BRAS
Do not put bras in the washing machine or in the dryer. Every underwire bra has a protective rubber tip. This rubber tip protects the garment and one’s skin from being exposed tot the sharp edge of the wire. After being circulated in a washing machine the fabric rubs again the rubber tip wearing out the tip and the fabric, often causing the wire to become exposed. The cups of padded and pre-molded bras will also be damaged in the washing machine and dryer.

SWIMWEAR
Hand wash in luke warm water, avoid chemical products, sun tan oils and detergents. Do not rub, do not soak the garment, do not wring, dry in shade away from heat.

SILK
Do not put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer or the fabric may be damaged.

Glossary

THE CLASSIC BRA
This bra is characterized by cups that almost completely cover the breasts, with central straps and by a shaped, high back. The Classic can have underwire support or not, and the cups can be with or without padding. If there is no padding, the cups are usually lined so as to give more support to the breasts.
Style Tip: The presence of cups that give control, inner lining, wide straps and a shaped and high back make this model ideal for larger breasts which require firm support and control.

THE BALCONNET BRA
This bra is characterized by the cut of the cups which reveals and highlights the upper part of the breasts. The straps are at the side of the cups, the back is lower than that of the classic bra and it is unshaped; the cups are underwire and they can be either with or without padding (total or partial).
Style Tip: Particularly suitable for low necklines as it highlights the décolleté by pushing up the breasts.

THE TRIANGLE BRA
Both the neckline and the cups are of triangular shape. The straps are central, the back is low and unshaped. The “brassiere-bretelle” has been launched by La Perla in summer 2001. It’s the evolution of the triangle bra: two strips of lace cover the central part of the breasts and resemble a pair of male braces.
Style Tip: Although traditionally suitable for those with small breasts, today there are models that thanks to an internal support structure, offer greater wearability.

THE PUSH-UP BRA
This bra is characterized by a special slant of the cups and it highlights the breasts by pushing them up and together. The padding, total or just in the lower half of the cup, forms a rounded shape and greatly increases the proportions.
Style Tip: It’s the ideal solution for those who wish to enhance their decollete as it has the effect of adding almost one extra size.

THE BANDEAU BRA
It is, by definition, strapless or with removable straps: its cups cover the breasts in a horizontal fashion, the back is high and it can be with or without padding. It is often trimmed with silicone borders which make it easier to wear, preventing it from slipping.
Style Tip: This type of bra is perfect under strapless dresses or those with very thin straps.

PRE-SHAPED BRA
This process can be used for all types of bras with or without underwire, and with or without padding. A special technique is used, utilizing heat on metal moulds to shape the fabric in such a way that the cup doesn’t need to be modeled by means of cuts or seams.
Style Tip: The absence of seams on the cups and the rounded shape makes this type of bra particularly suitable for wearing underneath lightweight, transparent or close-fitting fabrics.

BUSTIER
Descended from the old-style corset, with whalebones replaced by softer supports that go down to the waist leaving the hips free. It highlights the breasts utilizing underwire cups that offer support.
Today the bustier is used in its strapless form as an undergarment substitute for the bra worn under strapless or low cut apparel. It is also worn as outerwear with or without straps comprised of fabrics such as satin, LYCRA®, lace, velvet etc.
Style Tip: Particularly suitable for those who want to increase the fullness of a slender bust with a thin waistline.

BRIEF
An obligatory pendat of the bra, they can be high, medium or low cut depending on the hip shape.

TANGA
Reduced in size both at the front and the back and narrows the hip to a thin strip of fabric.

G-STRING
Briefs with very reduced dimensions at the back leaving the buttocks completely bare.

CULOTTE
In the more classical version they completely cover the hips and the buttocks or the upper part of the thigh. Several versions exist, however, sportier or utterly sexy versions with a g-string or short skirt or cut-out on the hips. They can be made of either stiff or elasticized fabric.

GUÊPIÈRE
It’s similar to the bustier and has a whalebone structure that extends to the hips, culminating in a suspender belt. It can be made of classic fabrics like lace and tulle or of smooth fabrics. The breasts are normally supported by underwire and the cups are almost always padded.

BODY SUIT
The body suit is extremely versatile: it can be made of lace or tulle or smooth and concealing fabrics: there are various possibilities of leg cuts and styles, including the g-string, and it is characterized by the structure of the cups. It can be classic or in blaconette or triangle style.

GARTER BELT
This item is a band that goes around the waist with four pieces of elastic (or metal hooks) hanging down to which stockings are then attached. La Perla has contributed to the evolution of what, today more than ever before, can be considered as the item of seduction par excellence, by exclusively creating a number of innovative models: these include the corset, the g-string, the micro-skirt and the short slip with incorporated suspender belt.

SHORT SLIP
This is the “glamorous” version of the well-known “slip”; short so as to reveal most of the legs and also made of stretch and smooth fabrics so as to outline the body even more. The version with cups can be classic or in the triangle or balconette style etc. with or without underwire and padding. It can even be worn without a bra with coordinated briefs and g-string.
