    Orders may be placed online, by calling 877-30-LPUSA (877-305-7872) Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM EST or by sending an e-mail to assistance@laperlafashions.com.
    Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST to be processed the same day. Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day.
    Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

    1. REGISTRATION

    HOW DO I REGISTER?

    Registering for the first time is very easy. Enter www.laperla.com, choose your country and, once in boutique, click on Subscribe. Now you can proceed to register.

    WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?

    If you like, you can enter, browse and shop the site without registering; you can look around and add products to the shopping bag. The advantages you get by registering are:

    • if your shopping bag contains products you have selected, it will be saved up to 30 days.
    • by registering you will join the La Perla mailing list and will be informed of all the news and events, also you will recieve access to special promotions and private sales offered by La Perla to our best clients.

    DOES REGISTRATION INVOLVE PARTICULAR OBLIGATIONS?

    No, registration carries no obligations or charges.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

    At the LOGIN page click on 'Forgot your Password' button. Insert your e-mail address used to register and click on send. You will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.

    WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY COUNTRY?

    Because La Perla adopts your country price list according to local business policy of brands and retailers. Furthermore we conform to different languages, currencies, measurement systems, pricing and charges.

    2. SHIPPING

    CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    After your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the website where you can track your shipment. Click on the tracking link and enter your tracking number to determine the delivery status of your order. The online boutique will contact you by e-mail

    CAN I SEND A GIFT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

    Yes, you will be prompted at check out if you wish to send an item as a gift to an alternate shipping address.

    Orders are shipped via UPS. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed during regular business days are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours.
    We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or make Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

  • Sales Tax Information

    State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to any state where our corporation has a retail presence. Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York and Texas. Some states also assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Your sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.

  • Payment Options

    The following credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders are subject to review and La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification info. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.

    Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. A copy of your order will be included with your shipment.

    At this time, La Perla cannot accept payment by check or C.O.D.

    For most items, La Perla offers complimentary gift boxes tied with La Perla signature ribbon and a La Perla shopping bag. Please note gift packaging may not be available for over-sized items.

  • Return Information

    In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, La Perla accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

    Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used.


    Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please also note the following:
    For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any hosiery items if their package has been opened or of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried on in direct skin contact (accordingly, please try bottoms and swimwear over your own undergarments).
    Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive full credit.
    La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
