Orders may be placed online, by calling (877)-30-LPUSA or (877)305-7872 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM EST or by sending an e-mail to
assistance@laperla.com.
Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST to be processed the same day. Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All orders require signature confirmation unless otherwise requested.

1. REGISTRATION
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registering for the first time is very easy. Enter www.laperla.com/en-us/, once in our boutique, click on Subscribe then enter your email address.
WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?
- - If your shopping bag contains products you have selected, it will be saved up to 30 days.
- - By registering you will join the La Perla mailing list and will be informed of all news and events, you will also receive access to special promotions and private sales offered by La Perla to our best clients.
2. SHIPPING
CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the website where you can track your shipment. Click on the tracking link and enter your tracking number to determine the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Rates
Orders are shipped via UPS. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed during regular business days are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours.
We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or make Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Sales Tax Information
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to any state where our corporation has a retail presence. Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York and Texas. Some states also assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Your sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.

Payment Options
The following credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders are subject to review and La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification info. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. A copy of your order will be included with your shipment.
At this time, LaPerla.com cannot accept payment by check, C.O.D., or La Perla gift cards.

Return Information
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and elegance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
La Perla accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment with the exception of sale items - sale merchandise is final sale. We are happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any hosiery items if their package has been opened or any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried on in direct skin contact. Accordingly, please try bottoms and swimwear over your own undergarments.
Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from La Perla's website.
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we only offer size/color exchanges. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
