Registering for the first time is very easy. Enter La Perla.com, choose your country. Once on the home page, click on the SUBSCRIBE link at the top right of the page.
WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?
Registration is not required and you can explore and shop the site site without registering. However, by creating an account, you will be able to:
- Keep items in your shopping cart, even if you do not complete the order, for up to 24 hours.
- Choose to recieve the La Perla newsletters informing you of La Perla news and events, as well as special promotions and private sales offered by La Perla to our best clients.

No, registration carries no obligations and/or charges.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
No problem. On the LOGIN page click on the FORGOT PASSWORD Buttton. Now insert your e-mail and click on send. You will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.
WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY COUNTRY?
La Perla adjust the website to reflect your specific country's local business policy of brands, retailers and prices, different measurement systems, different delivery costs, different currencies and languages.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT BROWSING THE SITE AND LOCATING THE PRODUCTS I WANT?
You will find numerous ways to explore the site which you can access by clicking the buttons. You can locate the product you want in our search engine, searching by brand, typology, category, size and/or color. In addition, you can search for products from the category pages and special promotion ribbon found on every landing page.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE DATA ON MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROTECTED?
La Perla has partnered with CyberSource, a leading provider of credit card services, to ensure the highest possible service and security. All your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by CyberSource's secure servers. WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?
The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?
No, there are no extra costs.
3. SHIPPING
CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply follow the link on the email and enter your tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE?
DHL will attempt to deliver your package three times. If no-one is found to take delivery after the third attempt, La Perla Customer Care will contact you by e-mail to arrange delivery.
CAN I GET A GIFT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
