  • Orders

    The prices shown on this site include the VAT tax. For France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Belgium, the VAT rate of each country applies. For all other countries, the Italian VAT rate applies (21%).
    The products presented on this site can be purchased, subject to availability, by people over 18 years of age who are resident and/or domiciled in the following countries: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Greece, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Switzerland. La Perla is allowed to sell only to final clients: it is not possible to buy more than 4 (four) items of the same article, color and size.
    Orders received before 1:00 pm (Italian time - GMT +1) will be processed the same day, while orders that are received after 1:00 pm will be processed the next day. Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the first day work resumes. La Perla Online will not be liable for any possible delay in delivery due to force majeure.
    The warehouse respects all Italian national holidays and there will be no shipping or delivery on the following days: January 1st | January 6th | Easter + Easter Monday | April 25th | May 1st | June 2nd | August 15th | October 4th | November 1st | December 8th, 25th, 26th.
    Our procedures do not allow changing or modifying an order after the order has already been processed. Please excuse us for this inconvenience. In case of an error, you may return the purchase or ask for a reimbursement. For more info, please see our RETURN POLICY on this page. In the package that you will receive, you will find a packing list as well as an invoice with the e-mail address and invoice data.

  • Gift Wrapping

    The majority of our products are available with a Gift Wrapping option. Each order will include a note of authenticity, on which you can either have printed a personalized message, or leave blank for you to write in personally. The gift will arrive at the desired address without any indication of price; instead, your invoice will arrive via e-mail. There is no additional cost for the gift wrapping service. Please keep in mind that for certain extra large items, gift boxes are not availible.

  • Shipment

    You can choose any delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person.
    To offer you the best service, we have chosen DHL to ensure fast delivery to all of Europe. Shipping rates vary based on shipment type and destination. Your rate will be calculated at checkout. DHL does not delivery on festive or pre-festive days. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.
    As soon as DHL picks up your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.dhl.com.
    If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After 3 (three) days, La Perla Customer Service will contact you directly by e-mail.
    La Perla Online will not be liable for any possible delay in delivery due to force majeure events.
    Shipping is free on orders totalling more than 120,00 euros / 105,00 GBP / 148 CHF (VAT included)!

    La Perla's official currency is the Euro. UK customers can purchase in GBP through the UK site.
    Swiss customers can purchase in CHF through the Swiss site.
    For non-Euro countries the exchange rate is set by your individual credit card partner.
    The purchases can be made online with the following credit cards - VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, and American Express.
    All orders are subject to review and La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification information. The charge on your credit card will go into effect within 7 days of your order, depending on your credit card provider. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company or La Perla Customer Care.
    Our payment system ensures secure transactions, since all financial information (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) go directly to CyberSource which, thanks to a VeriSign-certified system based on SSL 128 bit encryption protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. For this reason, La Perla does not know the details of your credit card and is therefore not able to file or retain them in any way or form.

    La Perla has endeavored to optimize the accuracy of the product images and colors featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colors depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor, and La Perla cannot guarantee how accurately your monitor displays the colors of products. Since some products are produced in limited numbers, and we update the site constantly, some products could be out of stock.   • Return Policy

    In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, La Perla accepts returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of stockings, opened briefs or other items that have come in direct skin contact.
    La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
    To initiate a return, please send an email to Returns@laperla.com listing your Name, Order Number, and items code you would like to return and specifying the reason you are returning the product: if you prefer a refunding or if you prefer to exchange the size/colour of the same article bought.
    A customer service member will reply within 48 hours with your Return Authorization Number and the instructions on how to proceed. Please remind to sign in the return code in "to send back products" specified at the bottom of the shipment document we have sent to you with the order.
    At this point you may send the product to this address: La Perla Online - Via Enrico Mattei, 10/A - 40138 - Bologna - Italy.
    Please be informed that the shipment costs to send back goods are AT YOUR CHARGE. You can choose the courier you prefer. It is not necessary to use DHL, but for your security we advice choosing a courier or a post service that consents to YOU the tracking and the return receipt of your shipment. La Perla S.r.l. does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.
    For product EXCHANGES La Perla will waive shipping charges on your re-order. Important: in case of exchange, please be informed that that we will not accept returns of purchased items that have been previously returned.
    Moreover, in case of REFUND the cost of shipping and handling will not be covered by La Perla. The reimbursement will only affect the credit card with which you used to make the purchase and the time necessary to see the balance on your credit card depends on your credit card company.

    HOW DO I REGISTER?

    Registering for the first time is very easy. Enter La Perla.com, choose your country. Once on the home page, click on the SUBSCRIBE link at the top right of the page.

    WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?

    Registration is not required and you can explore and shop the site site without registering. However, by creating an account, you will be able to:

    • Keep items in your shopping cart, even if you do not complete the order, for up to 24 hours.
    • Choose to recieve the La Perla newsletters informing you of La Perla news and events, as well as special promotions and private sales offered by La Perla to our best clients.

    DOES REGISTRATION INVOLVE PARTICULAR OBLIGATIONS?

    No, registration carries no obligations and/or charges.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

    No problem. On the LOGIN page click on the FORGOT PASSWORD Buttton. Now insert your e-mail and click on send. You will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.

    WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY COUNTRY?

    La Perla adjust the website to reflect your specific country's local business policy of brands, retailers and prices, different measurement systems, different delivery costs, different currencies and languages.

    HOW DO I GO ABOUT BROWSING THE SITE AND LOCATING THE PRODUCTS I WANT?

    You will find numerous ways to explore the site which you can access by clicking the buttons. You can locate the product you want in our search engine, searching by brand, typology, category, size and/or color. In addition, you can search for products from the category pages and special promotion ribbon found on every landing page.

    WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE DATA ON MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROTECTED?

    La Perla has partnered with CyberSource, a leading provider of credit card services, to ensure the highest possible service and security. All your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by CyberSource's secure servers.     WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?

    The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?

    No, there are no extra costs.

    3. SHIPPING

    CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply follow the link on the email and enter your tracking number.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE?

    DHL will attempt to deliver your package three times. If no-one is found to take delivery after the third attempt, La Perla Customer Care will contact you by e-mail to arrange delivery.

    CAN I GET A GIFT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

    Yes, please contact La Perla e-Commerce Customer Care if you have any problems or concerns.
