INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By voluntarily filling in the form and expressing your consent, you can have your data entered into the La Perla S.r.l. filing system to receive the Newsletter with news, special offers and promotions, also in partnership with third party companies.
The data are not communicated to third parties, with the exception of companies that carry out shipping or, in any case, other operations that are instrumental to fulfilling the contract (e.g.: postal services, couriers, etc.) and they are processed with mainly electronic instruments by specific persons in charge of data processing.
In any event, data are not distributed.
The Data Controller is La Perla S.r.l., with legal offices in Italy, Via Mattei 10 40138 Bologna.
At any time the data subject can exercise their rights as foreseen by the Code (sect. 7 and subsections, of Leg. Dec 30 June 2003, no. 196: for example, access, update, rectification, integration, etc.), and in particular they can ask to no longer receive material or to be cancelled from the filing systems by writing, to the Person responsible for Compliance with 196, at the e-mail address: privacy@laperla.com
The same address can be used to request the full and updated list of the Data processors, if appointed.
