We are pleased to offer Free Returns on all Laperla.com purchases.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery for all full price items and within 14 days of delivery for outlet or sale items, provided that the return conditions specified below are met.

A pre-paid DHL return label is included with all Laperla.com orders shipped within the EU for a free return service. For Non-EU countries please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a free returns collection.

Return Conditions

To use the free returns service, goods must be returned from the original country of shipping.

Please ensure all items are sent back in original selling condition with all tags attached. Items must be sent back in original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transportation. Items that have been damaged, washed, altered or that La Perla reasonably believes have been used will not be accepted.

-        We do not accept returns of perfumes with opened packaging. The protective plastic film must remain unopened. Please contact Customer Care to initiate a return shipment of a perfume. The courier will require ‘dangerous goods’ shipment documents. Due to shipment restrictions on ‘dangerous goods’ we can only accept perfume return shipments from EU countries.

-        Ensure briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits are tried on over your own lingerie and with the protective adhesive strip intact

-        We will only accept returns of hosiery with the packaging unopened.

-        We do not accept returns for personalised, altered or monogrammed items.

-        We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Returns/Exchanges that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange any of the products in your order, our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist you with finding a more suitable size / item.

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

FREE ALTERATIONS

Within every La Perla Boutique* we offer complimentary standard alterations for online purchases of current season collections. Please bring the item along with your order confirmation/receipt to your nearest store where our boutique assistants will be able to advise you.

Please note that we cannot make any exchanges or returns on items once altered. For more information please contact our Customer Care team.

*Offered in stand-alone stores only. Concessions are excluded. Charge may be added for Outlet and Sale items.
**Standard alterations only, such as shortening of hems and cuffs, taking in of shoulder straps, adjusting bra band.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

1.    Send an email to returns@laperla.com detailing your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. A Customer Care representative will respond with an RMA number and instructions within one business day.

2.    Prepare the goods to be sent back in original condition with all labels attached and with the shipping document DELIVERY NOTE/BOLLA included.
Please keep the La Perla catalogues.

3.    Seal the parcel securely and attach the prepaid Returns Label found in the envelope to the outside of the box. Please take note of the Waybill number.

4.    In the email instructions from Customer Care you will receive the relevant account and telephone number for you to arrange a DHL collection at your convenience.

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our DHL return service.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method.

RETURNING TO STORE

You may return any full price product purchased on Laperla.com at no charge in any of our La Perla stores (excluding department store concessions). Please be advised the store would only be able to send back the goods to the central warehouse on your behalf for your refund to be processed.

The original invoice must accompany all returns. Please note that any potential shipping costs will not be subject to refund.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY
