La Perla’s official currency is Euro. UK customers can purchase in GBP through the UK site. Swiss customers can purchase in CHF through the Swiss site.
For non-Euro countries the exchange rate is set by your individual credit card partner.
The purchases can be made online with the following credit card and pre-paid cards – VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, and American Express. Also Pay Pal is accepted.
All orders are subject to review and La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification information.

The charge on your credit card will go into effect after the items have been shipped from our warehouse, and depending on your credit card provider. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company or La Perla Customer Care.
Our payment system ensures secure transactions, since all financial information (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) go directly to CyberSource which, thanks to a VeriSign-certified system based on SSL 128 bit encryption protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. For this reason, La Perla does not know the details of your credit card and is therefore not able to file or retain them in any way or form.


Once your order has been confirmed, our express delivery service usually takes between 24 – 48 hours to deliver to major European countries and cities.

For Islands, Extra UE and smaller European towns, delivery can take between 1 – 5 days.

For Russia the delivery times is in 20-25 business days with Express Mail Service (EMS) Duty Tax: please be informed it is important you check on your Account the total amount paid for your orders as for a total of RUB 48,000.00 (EURO 1000,00) per month the Duty Tax are free. If you exceed the threshold indicated, the difference overcome is at your charge.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your delivery, please contact our customer services team. You can choose any delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person.
To offer you the best service, we have chosen DHL to ensure fast delivery to all of Europe. Shipping rates vary based on shipment type and destination. Your rate will be calculated at checkout. DHL does not delivery on festive or pre-festive days. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.

As soon as DHL picks up your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.dhl.com.
If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After 3 (three) days, La Perla Customer Service will contact you directly by e-mail.
Shipping is free on orders totaling more than 120 euros / 105 GBP / 148 CHF (VAT included).
